In the 17th minute, Fidel Eli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kim-André Fagerås. The goal made the score 1-0. After 21 played minutes, Los Rojos's Serafin Galo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Casimiro Cordario came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Rojos reached it. After a rather tough play, Tottenham's Feliciano Quinito got a free kick in the 21st minute. Gaspar Nahia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Ubelteso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute of the match Serafin Galo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Casimiro Cordario showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute, Gaspar Nahia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Tottenham getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Fidel Eli hit a great ball. The referee showed Sixto Abel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
