But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albano Franco couldn't finish the play. Raimundo Nuxila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Franco in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st minute Albano Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Nuxila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albano Franco got in the 23rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Raimundo Nuxila handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Condado's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ariel Leobardo 24 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Arnoldo Cidro was a little too slow when Ariel Leobardo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 2-0. After 32 played minutes Manantiales AFC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Garcia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Franco in the 38th minute of play forced Manantiales AFC's goalkeeper Raimundo Nuxila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Albano Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Lucas Bazkoare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 43 minutes, Albano Franco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Condado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albano Franco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Adrian Noe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manantiales AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrian Noe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Cidro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Albano Franco made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manantiales AFC's goalkeeper Raimundo Nuxila, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arnoldo Cidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Noe in the 57th minute of play. In the 62nd minute of the match Teofilo Enetz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnoldo Cidro skillfully saved the ball. Albano Franco came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. Genaro Colas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arnoldo Cidro. Condado's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Albano Franco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Raimundo Nuxila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lucio Vincent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Manantiales AFC's Raimundo Nuxila got control of the ball when Albano Franco tried to sneak it across the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Condado's Albano Franco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raimundo Nuxila narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Condado were awarded a corner in the 98th minute after Manantiales AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cipriano Ramos took the corner.
