Matos FC's Maximo Bide proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Matos FC from getting a goal against them. Saverio Lico got a throw-in 20 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Silvestre Efraim. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Matos FC's goalkeeper Maximo Bide, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Feliciano George took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Maximo Bide to make any attempt to save it. Maximo Bide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano George in the 30th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Matos FC's zone, Silvestre Efraim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximo Bide came out of the goal and Silvestre Efraim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Modesto Fernado kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Feliciano George reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maximo Bide. The goal made the score 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Pelayo was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Feliciano George managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Pata Dura's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliciano George was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Bide breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maximo Bide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano George in the 60th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, one of Deportivo Pata Dura:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Deportivo Pata Dura. In the 72nd minute, the referee gave Matos FC a penalty. Damian Menendo looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Severiano Urtzi. Deportivo Pata Dura's Feliciano George got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maximo Bide came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Pata Dura's Silvestre Efraim. But to his dismay, Silvestre Efraim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Maximo Bide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Tono in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Matos FC's Joel Pelayo got a free kick in the 85th minute. Maximo Bide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano George, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pata Dura's goal looked a bit too open when Delmar Mambru came free, but Severiano Urtzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Pelayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Deportivo Pata Dura fans cheered their team off the field, for while Matos FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
