When Roberto Ramirez came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Orangats Funebre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Ramirez couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Orangats Funebre booed when Montemaicinos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Jaume didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Roberto Ramirez put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arnoldo Turi. The Montemaicinos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnoldo Turi should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Antonio Sugoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orangats Funebre's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonio Sugoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Turi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carolo Jaume to strike the kick off in the second half. Celedonio Berenguer struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Arnoldo Turi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orangats Funebre. Arnoldo Turi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Urtun in the 54th minute of play. Orangats Funebre's Roberto Ramirez got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Roberto Ramirez came up free with the goalie in the 101st minute, the Orangats Funebre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Ramirez couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Orangats Funebre could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Montemaicinos FC throughout the match.
