Spectators: 7097 (Terracing: 5324, Seating: 1632, VIP seats: 141) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Juan Haritz kicked off to start the match. In the 4th match minute, AC Crespo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Laurentzi to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Emenon in the 11th minute of play forced AC Crespo's goalkeeper Jimeno Harri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gavino Emenon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Jimeno Harri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimeno Harri came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Palmitas AFC's Casimiro Jakobe. But to his dismay, Casimiro Jakobe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 21st minute, Juan Haritz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Eloy Barros fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palmitas AFC's protests and gave Eloy Barros a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes Palmitas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eloy Barros. Palmitas AFC's Serafin Millano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Palmitas AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd match minute, Palmitas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Luke to maneuver through the defense. When Casimiro Jakobe came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Palmitas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Jakobe couldn't finish the play. Jimeno Harri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Jakobe in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Casimiro Jakobe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Palmitas AFC defense, Pascual Tino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Serafin Millano. The Palmitas AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serafin Millano should have stopped the shot. In the 58th minute Gavino Emenon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Harri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabricio Estebe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jimeno Harri having to make a save. Gavino Emenon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the match, Silvio Obano notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of AC Crespo's Jimeno Harri. Jimeno Harri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, AC Crespo's Pascual Tino got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Efrain Maxin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AC Crespo's Jimeno Harri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save AC Crespo from getting a goal against them. Gavino Emenon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gavino Emenon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Harri having to interfere. Gavino Emenon was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 91st minute. Palmitas AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Casimiro Jakobe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmitas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Casimiro Jakobe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimeno Harri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The AC Crespo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Palmitas AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
