Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Vela in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guaberto Pello prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guaberto Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Vela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guaberto Pello stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian Vela's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Guaberto Pello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Vela in the 29th minute of the match. If Christian Vela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Arotza struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Gustavo Jaizki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Renca AFC. If Rene Bizi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Christian Vela's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guaberto Pello was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Guaberto Pello was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Adam Dragu came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Chilampi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adam Dragu couldn't finish the play.
