After a rather tough play, Piedritas's Roque Selmo got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 15th minute Ancaján AFC were awarded a corner. Efrain Bernad went to the cornerflag to take it. Alfonso Filipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Atarrabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th match minute, Ancaján AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Bakar to maneuver through the defense. Donato Atarrabi kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Alfonso Filipo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Boniel, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Orlando Vitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remigio Milian charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Remigio Milian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 61 played minutes Piedritas got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Milian. In the 64thth minute of the game Orlando Vitin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piedritas's Antonio Veronica was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th minute Orlando Vitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Veronica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Veronica stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orlando Vitin's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 97thth minute of the game Orlando Vitin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piedritas's Antonio Veronica was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Piedritas players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ancaján AFC.
