The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bernardino Bertol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chip Donnelly in the 12th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Cangrejillos AFC's Jesus Ortle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardino Bertol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 21st minute, Delmar Gomez made a precise shot to the right of Bernardino Bertol. Sarmiento F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Bernardino Bertol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Ortle in the 24th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Delmar Gomez in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardino Bertol saved Sarmiento F.C from getting behind. When Cangrejillos AFC's Jesus Ortle in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sarmiento F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jesus Ortle in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardino Bertol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jesus Ortle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Jesus Ortle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cangrejillos AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Bernardino Bertol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Gomez in the 46th minute of play.

In the 55th minute Delmar Gomez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Bertol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Jesus Ortle could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Bernardino Bertol however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Sarmiento F.C's Bernardino Bertol got control of the ball when Jesus Ortle tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chip Donnelly in the 62nd minute of play forced Sarmiento F.C's goalkeeper Bernardino Bertol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a left leg Bernardino Bertol saved Sarmiento F.C from getting behind. 85 minutes into the match, Sarmiento F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Delmar Gomez came free, but Bernardino Bertol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesus Ortle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardino Bertol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. With a little luck, Sarmiento F.C's Bernardino Bertol got control of the ball when Hipolito Furtado tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Cangrejillos AFC's Delmar Gomez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9.
