After a rather tough play, Altamira Futbol Club's Silverio Henrico got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 16th match minute, Embarcación AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Ofelio to maneuver through the defense. Froilan Bernad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Marcelino Gartzen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Ezequiel Ofelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Jokin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Ofelio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cecilio Jokin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcelino Gartzen came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Altamira Futbol Club's Froilan Bernad. But to his dismay, Froilan Bernad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Marcelino Rius's late challenge caught a Embarcación AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelino Rius helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th match minute, Altamira Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelino Rius to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Fabio Eguerdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leo Matteo missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 42 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Marcelino Gartzen right hand side. After 44 minutes, Silverio Henrico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Altamira Futbol Club and the Embarcación AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Silverio Henrico hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The Embarcación AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Altamira Futbol Club were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arturo Jaizki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Domingos Corderun took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelino Gartzen. Marcelino Gartzen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 61st minute, Hector Bartoleme reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcelino Gartzen. The goal made the score 1-4. In the 68th minute, Altamira Futbol Club's Hector Bartoleme ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcelino Gartzen. Marcelino Gartzen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Hector Bartoleme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The supporters of Altamira Futbol Club booed when Embarcación AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Umbruso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Froilan Bernad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Altamira Futbol Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
