Spectators: 7088 (Terracing: 5317, Seating: 1630, VIP seats: 141) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mariano Dalmu kicked off to start the match. Matias Shantala took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dalmacio Palben. Dalmacio Palben dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Dalmacio Palben showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Emesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After some careless play in the Lion FC defense, Mariano Dalmu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celedonio Lluis. The Lion FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celedonio Lluis should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Lion FC booed when Garibaldi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Lluciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute, Matias Shantala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julian Omero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marciano Elixio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Lluis having to interfere. In the 45thth minute of the game Abel Emesto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garibaldi's Dalmacio Palben was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Jonatan Basajaun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute of the match Romulo Guipuzkoa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dalmacio Palben showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dalmacio Palben showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Shantala in the 55th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Mariano Dalmu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Lluis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd of the match, Matias Shantala tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Dalmacio Palben got in the way and made a wonderful save. After a rather tough play, Garibaldi's Camilo Lluciano got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 67th minute, Mariano Dalmu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celedonio Lluis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. In the 76th minute Mariano Dalmu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Lluis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Romulo Guipuzkoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tadeo Ruy, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Romulo Guipuzkoa was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 81 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute there was a penalty for Garibaldi. Tadeo Ruy stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Celedonio Lluis. 3-3. Moises Oskarbi charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moises Oskarbi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd rose to their feet as Lion FC's Anselmo Ekialde slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dalmacio Palben. That made the score 3-4 after 90 minutes of play. The Lion FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lion FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
