After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Lucas Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Las Águilas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Mendes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Gergori breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 17 played minutes Las Águilas FC got a freekick which was hit by Hong Xing. Modesto Presebal hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Silvano Tiso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Quinito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Lucas Mendes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emanuel Gergori, 1-0. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by c.a.fractura.expuesta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Modesto Presebal was slow to take the kick. During this time Las Águilas FC's players had a chance to rest. Lucas Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Hong Xing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sixto Quinito was the one to do the kick off. After 56 minutes, Hong Xing mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Las Águilas FC and the c.a.fractura.expuesta players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Las Águilas FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Hong Xing hit a great ball. If Lucas Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in c.a.fractura.expuesta's zone, Lucas Mendes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Gergori came out of the goal and Lucas Mendes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Mendes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emanuel Gergori read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Mendes in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuel Gergori saved c.a.fractura.expuesta from getting behind. In the 92nd minute Lucas Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Gergori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
