Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Iker Chuse successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Mojón AFC booed when Real Saladillo ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio George didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adolfo Udalaitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 86th minute of the match Severo Sustrai sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iker Chuse skillfully saved the ball. Mojón AFC's Iker Chuse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Bemabe in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute Adan Eate shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Chuse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Adolfo Udalaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 played minutes Mojón AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Hodei. Mojón AFC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
