When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Santiago Clemencin took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Erubiel Txilar to make any attempt to save it. Flavio Viviano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Anthon Gottschalk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Club Sirio Libanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Pio to maneuver through the defense. Flavio Viviano might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anthon Gottschalk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Flavio Viviano ran back to his position shaking his head. LAS PRIMAS FC were furious when Filomeno Matthew was red carded, 27 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of LAS PRIMAS FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Club Sirio Libanes:s goal. Fernando Gamus walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Santiago Clemencin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute Santiago Clemencin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Txilar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Sirio Libanes were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after LAS PRIMAS FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fernando Gamus took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Fernando Gamus got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Erubiel Txilar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 37 minutes, Rosendo Pio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Sirio Libanes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Pio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Viviano in the 44th minute of play forced Club Sirio Libanes's goalkeeper Anthon Gottschalk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to LAS PRIMAS FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Atilano Regis hit a great ball. Rosendo Pio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erubiel Txilar. LAS PRIMAS FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
The wind increased when Santiago Clemencin made the kick off in the second half. Cipriano Sidoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Anthon Gottschalk made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Flavio Viviano sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th minute, Rosendo Pio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to LAS PRIMAS FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Denis Gorbea hit a great ball. In the 71st minute Santiago Clemencin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Txilar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, LAS PRIMAS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Sadurni to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute, Santiago Clemencin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavio Viviano in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anthon Gottschalk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Club Sirio Libanes's Santiago Clemencin got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rosendo Pio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Txilar having to interfere. Club Sirio Libanes's Anthon Gottschalk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Viviano in the 91st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavio Viviano got free with Anthon Gottschalk in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd match minute, Club Sirio Libanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Clemencin to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Club Sirio Libanes fans cheered their team off the field, for while LAS PRIMAS FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
