Celso Froila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Damario, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The tocolota fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when tocolota's Maximo Bizi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Marcial Vitin came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the tocolota fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcial Vitin couldn't finish the play. When tocolota's Maximo Bizi in 29 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Carolo Osmundo guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 34 minutes into the match, Che Guevara Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Vitin came free, but Carolo Osmundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Guillermo Piorno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Carolo Osmundo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maximo Bizi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th match minute, Che Guevara Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Padro to maneuver through the defense. Carolo Osmundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Vitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erubiel Damario's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 48thth minute, Celso Froila skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After the first half tocolota were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 55th minute, Narciso Domeka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of tocolota booed when Che Guevara Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Padro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Maximo Bizi came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the tocolota fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximo Bizi couldn't finish the play. Carolo Osmundo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillermo Piorno in the 61st minute. Carolo Osmundo made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Maximo Bizi sent off a good shot on target. If Guillermo Piorno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. Carolo Osmundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for tocolota. Guillermo Piorno came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Carolo Osmundo could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Xacintu in the 81st minute of play forced Che Guevara Futbol Club's goalkeeper Carolo Osmundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcial Vitin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carolo Osmundo. That made the score 0-4 in the 82 minute of play. Guillermo Piorno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isidro Xacintu scored 0-5 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carolo Osmundo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. tocolota's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
