Cleto Rodas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Rudkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, PASION VILLERA's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Oskitz came free, but Cleto Rodas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Primitivo Berdoi to strike the kick off in the second half. Jim Rudkvist scored 1-2 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cleto Rodas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 78th minute Primitivo Berdoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Gartzea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
