Gaudencio Mendez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eriberto Lon. Mecklörmeud's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Anibal Pudes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Lon having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mecklörmeud's zone, Paulino Valery stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Lon came out of the goal and Paulino Valery tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anibal Pudes in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eriberto Lon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 27 played minutes Chiriguanos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Jakes. Eriberto Lon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Valery, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The nice shot from Amadeo Eduino in the 34thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Jaap Kiewit had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 38th minute, Lucio Remicio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulino Valery sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulino Valery fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Lon having to interfere. Jaap Kiewit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Remicio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mecklörmeud's goalkeeper Eriberto Lon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulino Valery made a kick off. When Paulino Valery came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Chiriguanos AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulino Valery couldn't finish the play. In the 53rd minute, Chiriguanos AFC's Anibal Pudes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. When Paulino Valery came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Chiriguanos AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulino Valery couldn't finish the play. Eriberto Lon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Valery in the 60th minute of play. Chiriguanos AFC's Jaap Kiewit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Remicio in the 62nd minute of play. After having played for 64 minutes, Marcelo Kismi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chiriguanos AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo Kismi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anibal Pudes struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Eriberto Lon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chiriguanos AFC. 67 minutes into the match, Mecklörmeud's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Valery came free, but Eriberto Lon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faustino Jakes hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Mecklörmeud's Alfredo Cordarrell couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 70th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chiriguanos AFC. Chiriguanos AFC's Anibal Pudes got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulino Valery sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Mecklörmeud's goalkeeper Eriberto Lon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anibal Pudes. If Anibal Pudes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anibal Pudes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Mecklörmeud's Leandro Boniel got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 85thth minute of the game Paulino Valery who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mecklörmeud's Eriberto Lon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chiriguanos AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alonzo Botello in the 87th minute. The corner ended in Alonzo Botello almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mecklörmeud's Eriberto Lon did a great save. In the 96th minute, Nicanor Matteo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Chiriguanos AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mecklörmeud throughout the match.
