In the 8th minute, Feliciano Huly got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Firme in the 9th minute of play forced Rincón's goalkeeper Eriberto Itzaina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herminio Senio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Feliciano Huly fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rincón's protests and gave Feliciano Huly a yellow card for diving instead. Feliciano Huly kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Arnulfo Firme managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Francesco's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnulfo Firme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eriberto Itzaina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 15 minutes, Romeo Arias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rincón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeo Arias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leopoldo Amato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Eriberto Itzaina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnulfo Firme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rdth minute of the game Arnulfo Firme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rincón's Eriberto Itzaina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leopoldo Amato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eriberto Itzaina stood somewhat misplaced when Arnulfo Firme came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 30 minute. The throw-in from Bernardo Calvet in the 34th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by San Francesco's Carlos Libertad. In the 36th minute Arnulfo Firme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Itzaina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Leopoldo Amato kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eriberto Itzaina. That made the score 2-0 in the 38 minute of play. Leopoldo Amato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Eriberto Itzaina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Arnulfo Firme came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the San Francesco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnulfo Firme couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Feliciano Huly stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eriberto Itzaina didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when San Francesco's Arnulfo Firme shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Baltazar Miranda acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 60th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bernardo Calvet. San Francesco's Baltazar Miranda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save San Francesco from getting a goal against them. If Feliciano Huly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. San Francesco's Constantino Llorian quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cosme Fe, made in the 68th minute of the game. Leopoldo Amato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Rincón getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Cosme Fe hit a great ball. San Francesco's Arnulfo Firme got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Romeo Arias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Baltazar Miranda made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Rincón's zone, Leopoldo Amato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Itzaina came out of the goal and Leopoldo Amato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Firme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Eriberto Itzaina was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leopoldo Amato took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eriberto Itzaina. Eriberto Itzaina dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When the referee ended the match the San Francesco players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
