Bengolea FC's Damaso Azubeli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Tauro in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bengolea FC's Severo Frascuelo got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 23rdth minute of the game Narciso Tauro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bengolea FC's Damaso Azubeli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isac Ekegren was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Club Atlético Cacumen's Ermegildo Rubio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ermegildo Rubio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Club Atlético Cacumen protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ermegildo Rubio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 58 played minutes, Bengolea FC's Rodrigo Oihenarte shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Omar Aznar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bengolea FC reached it. Club Atlético Cacumen's Haroldo Cresencio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Elias Charro in the 60 minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Modesto Eyague during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 85 minutes of play Bengolea FC's Modesto Eyague was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Modesto Eyague hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Damaso Azubeli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Tauro in the 91st minute of play. After 94 minutes of play, Club Atlético Cacumen's Narciso Tauro made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damaso Azubeli was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Tauro in the 98th minute of play forced Bengolea FC's goalkeeper Damaso Azubeli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 100 minutes into the game, Ludwig Ståhlman threw the ball into play from the sideline. Club Atlético Cacumen's Arnulfo Maurino quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Club Atlético Cacumen were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
