The referee ignored la granja fc's protests and gave Emanuel Precioso a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, la granja fc's Emanuel Precioso got a free kick in the 13th minute. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Urbano Gelacio sped through la granja fc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Donato Ibar. If Haroldas Gimbutas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Riachuelo Surfers FC's Urbano Gelacio in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Emiliano Ler might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donato Ibar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Ler ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Riachuelo Surfers FC's Edelmiro Clodio got a free kick in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Riachuelo Surfers FC's Urbano Gelacio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donato Ibar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Eduardo Santo hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urbano Gelacio in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donato Ibar saved la granja fc from getting behind. In the 35th minute, Riachuelo Surfers FC's Omar Chepe seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Omar Chepe the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Riachuelo Surfers FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Omar Chepe had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Riachuelo Surfers FC! When the match had been going on for 38 minutes, la granja fc's Bonifacio Chayo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Felipe Santana. After having played for 41 minutes, Emiliano Ler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 57th minute, Urbano Gelacio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donato Ibar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Urbano Gelacio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Donato Ibar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. la granja fc's Donato Ibar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Gelacio in the 70th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Donato Ibar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Roberto Txordon fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Riachuelo Surfers FC's protests and gave Roberto Txordon a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of la granja fc booed when Riachuelo Surfers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Txordon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urbano Gelacio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roberto Txordon struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Donato Ibar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Riachuelo Surfers FC. Urbano Gelacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Urbano Gelacio took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Donato Ibar to make any attempt to save it. In the 90th minute, Riachuelo Surfers FC's Edelmiro Clodio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. Eduardo Santo hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 96thth minute of the game Urbano Gelacio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but la granja fc's Donato Ibar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Riachuelo Surfers FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
