Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edgard Xabel took the kick off in the first half of the match. Baldomero Teofilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Quexal in the 5th minute of the match. Agustin Quexal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Baldomero Teofilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgard Xabel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Froila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. When Lisandro Sol fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored WATUSI's protests and gave Lisandro Sol a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Naunauco AFC booed when WATUSI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Sol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artemio Polo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodosio Matxin kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Agustin Quexal was extremely unlucky when he, in the 24th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Agustin Quexal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Baldomero Teofilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Artemio Polo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 35th minute of the match, Agustin Quexal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Baldomero Teofilio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Edgard Ugutz in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baldomero Teofilio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. WATUSI's Baldomero Teofilio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save WATUSI from getting a goal against them. Baldomero Teofilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Matxin, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. WATUSI's Baldomero Teofilio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save WATUSI from getting a goal against them. If Agustin Quexal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Naunauco AFC's Agustin Quexal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baldomero Teofilio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Lisandro Sol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Froila having to interfere. When Lisandro Sol came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the WATUSI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lisandro Sol couldn't finish the play. After 57 played minutes WATUSI got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Garci. Rene Iago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rene Iago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Polo in the 87th minute of play forced WATUSI's goalkeeper Baldomero Teofilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustin Quexal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Baldomero Teofilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 97 minutes, Edgard Ugutz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Naunauco AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgard Ugutz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
