Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ballester's Agustin Argenis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eleuterio Banegas charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleuterio Banegas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ballester getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Eleuterio Banegas hit a great ball. Ballester's Esteve Gilesindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Salomone in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Ballester's goal looked a bit too open when Anastasio Balesio came free, but Esteve Gilesindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Octavio Elixio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agustin Argenis's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Agustin Argenis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 19 minutes, Godofredo Naldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cambaceres FC and the Ballester players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ballester's Esteve Gilesindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Salomone in the 24th minute of play. Domingo Rito hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Esteve Gilesindo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vicente Brion went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute, Agustin Argenis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The throw-in from Guaberto Chus in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ballester's Mario Havier. The corner ended in Matias Valiente almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ballester's Esteve Gilesindo did a great save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Godofredo Salomone made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Ballester booed when Cambaceres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Chus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteve Gilesindo came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Cambaceres FC's Vicente Brion. But to his dismay, Vicente Brion quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Esteve Gilesindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Salomone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 minutes of play, Cambaceres FC's Anastasio Balesio made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteve Gilesindo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Esteve Gilesindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Brion in the 72nd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Godofredo Salomone notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Ballester's Esteve Gilesindo. Esteve Gilesindo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 84 minutes into the game, Vicente Brion was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cambaceres FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ballester the free kick. When Godofredo Salomone fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cambaceres FC's protests and gave Godofredo Salomone a yellow card for diving instead. Octavio Elixio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Argenis in the 88th minute of play. When Ballester's Agustin Argenis in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cambaceres FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 95th minute, Godofredo Salomone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ballester's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Cambaceres FC had won, even though Ballester had held more of the ball.
