The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the game, Christian Dalmau landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Honorato Unai fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bombal's protests and gave Honorato Unai a yellow card for diving instead. Rincón FC's Segundo Naelio was substituted for Christian Dalmau. A collision led to Bombal getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Honorato Unai hit a great ball. Nilton Garcia didn't quite understand what happened when in the 6 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Tadeo Rocendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Marciano Benet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marciano Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Naelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th match minute, Bombal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Austin to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Bombal's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Naelio came free, but Marciano Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basilio Bernabel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermin Bernal in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to Bombal getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Fernando Ezkerra hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Segundo Naelio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marciano Benet was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. If Segundo Costante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 24 minutes, Segundo Costante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rincón FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Costante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaspar Quintana came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Basilio Bernabel could save by the left post. Marciano Benet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Costante, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. If Segundo Costante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeo Rocendo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Basilio Bernabel made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Gaspar Quintana sent off a good shot on target. Basilio Bernabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fermin Bernal in the 42nd minute of the match. Tadeo Rocendo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Matias Cayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Segundo Naelio to strike the kick off in the second half. Bombal's Marciano Benet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Bombal from getting a goal against them. After 53 minutes, Bernabe Bemabe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bombal and the Rincón FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rincón FC's Tadeo Rocendo got a free kick in the 60th minute. Tadeo Rocendo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Martin Veremundo's late challenge caught a Rincón FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Veremundo helped the player get up and apologised. Rincón FC's Gregorio Ticho was substituted for Matias Cayo. In the 68th match minute, Bombal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Veremundo to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Bombal's goalkeeper Marciano Benet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Segundo Costante. Marciano Benet was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Segundo Naelio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Segundo Naelio really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. In the 84th minute, Segundo Naelio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marciano Benet. The goal made the score 1-3. Segundo Costante's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Marciano Benet - 1-4 was put on the score board in the 87th minute. In the 93rdth minute of the game Segundo Naelio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bombal's Marciano Benet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Segundo Naelio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rincón FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Segundo Naelio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marciano Benet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rincón FC played a much better game than Bombal and deserved their victory. The Bombal players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
