Spectators: 7232 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fermin Bernal kicked off to start the match. After 5 minutes of play, Defensores del cerro's Paolo Ferran made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marciano Benet was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gaspar Quintana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaias Iruinea hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Paolo Ferran might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marciano Benet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paolo Ferran ran back to his position shaking his head. After 20 played minutes Urbano Chabier rounded Bombal's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Martin Veremundo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Paolo Ferran succeeded in the game's 31st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. After a rather tough play, Bombal's Fermin Bernal got a free kick in the 38th minute. Leopoldo Beltza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Marciano Benet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marciano Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Ferran in the 45th minute of play. If Leopoldo Beltza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 46th match minute, Bombal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Ezkerra to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leopoldo Beltza to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Fernando Ezkerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bombal's Martin Veremundo suffered a concussion in the 53rd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Mario Quinito's late challenge caught a Bombal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Quinito helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Defensores del cerro getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Mario Quinito hit a great ball. Paolo Ferran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leopoldo Beltza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Benet having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Beltza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Marciano Benet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paolo Ferran took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marciano Benet. Marciano Benet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Marciano Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Ferran in the 74th minute of play. When Fermin Bernal fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bombal's protests and gave Fermin Bernal a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bombal getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Fermin Bernal hit a great ball. In the 76th minute, Fermin Bernal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gaspar Quintana came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Bombal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaspar Quintana couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute, Paolo Ferran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marciano Benet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Ferran, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. If Paolo Ferran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 minutes of play, Defensores del cerro's Paolo Ferran made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marciano Benet was left in no man's land by his defense there!
