Cipriano Orland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Epifanio Rodas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Maldonado in the 23rd minute of play. Geronimo Bide received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leonardo Victoro came out and tried to block the shot, but Geronimo Bide slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 25th minute. 30 minutes into the game, André Balada recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leonardo Victoro. André Balada showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. El Ciclon's Leonardo Victoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Paez in the 34th minute of play. Geronimo Bide struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Leonardo Victoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Romanticos FC.. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute Aquiles Paez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Victoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the El Ciclon defense, Geronimo Bide kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonardo Victoro. The El Ciclon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonardo Victoro should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Balada in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonardo Victoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 59 minutes into the match, Romanticos FC.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Orland came free, but Epifanio Rodas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geronimo Bide in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonardo Victoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geronimo Bide in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Victoro saved El Ciclon from getting behind. El Ciclon's Leonardo Victoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Urbes in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Balada in the 70th minute of play forced El Ciclon's goalkeeper Leonardo Victoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Victoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Paez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Victoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Paez in the 80th minute of play. Cipriano Orland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Geronimo Bide managed to get in a good position for a shot. Romanticos FC.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Geronimo Bide was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Victoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 92 minutes into the game, Romanticos FC.'s Geronimo Bide nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Victoro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. When Segundo Ferrando fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Romanticos FC.'s protests and gave Segundo Ferrando a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Romanticos FC.'s Segundo Ferrando got a free kick in the 97th minute. Romanticos FC.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
