With a little luck, Nío's Eustacio Diagur got control of the ball when Primitivo Santio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Primitivo Santio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eustacio Diagur, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilano Leizarraga in the 34th minute of play forced Palomo Usuriaga FC's goalkeeper Cosme Guerau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 minutes of play, Nío's Atilano Leizarraga made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cosme Guerau was left in no man's land by his defense there! Felix Afonso's late challenge caught a Nío's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Afonso helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Palomo Usuriaga FC's Felix Afonso got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Esteve Ihazintu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Cosme Guerau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Palomo Usuriaga FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nío were winning 1-2.

Nío's Eustacio Diagur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Santio in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilano Leizarraga in the 57th minute of play forced Palomo Usuriaga FC's goalkeeper Cosme Guerau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atilano Leizarraga struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Cosme Guerau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nío. Atilano Leizarraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Cosme Guerau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteve Ihazintu got free with Cosme Guerau in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Palomo Usuriaga FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Esteve Ihazintu scored to the left of an out of position Cosme Guerau, making the score, 1-3. Atilano Leizarraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Saverio Fe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nío played a much better game than Palomo Usuriaga FC and deserved their victory. The Palomo Usuriaga FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
