Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ubaldo Guter took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Ubaldo Guter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Conrado Haimar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ruperto Sadurni went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Ubaldo Guter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ruperto Sadurni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Conrado Haimar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Clarke's zone, Osvaldo Aguirre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximino Hibai came out of the goal and Osvaldo Aguirre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the match, Clarke's goalkeeper Maximino Hibai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvaldo Aguirre. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tambillos AFC's goalkeeper Conrado Haimar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruperto Sadurni in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conrado Haimar saved Tambillos AFC from getting behind. After 35 played minutes Clarke got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Eliu. 36 minutes into the game, Ubaldo Guter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Maximino Hibai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Clarke's Maximino Hibai got control of the ball when Osvaldo Aguirre tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 43rd minute Ruperto Sadurni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Haimar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaudencio Odon might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Conrado Haimar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaudencio Odon ran back to his position shaking his head. After 48 played minutes, Clarke's Eusebio Mercurio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Conrado Haimar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Clarke reached it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

If Ruperto Sadurni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximino Hibai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Guter in the 59th minute of the match. Clarke's Maximino Hibai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Aguirre in the 62nd minute of play. If Osvaldo Aguirre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ruperto Sadurni came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Clarke fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruperto Sadurni couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the match, Tambillos AFC's goalkeeper Conrado Haimar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruperto Sadurni. If Romeo Fix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Sadurni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romeo Fix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Clarke getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Hugo Eliu hit a great ball. Maximino Hibai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Aguirre in the 89th minute of play. Conrado Haimar made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Ruperto Sadurni sent off a good shot on target. In the 92nd match minute, Tambillos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Remigio to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Clarke's Hugo Eliu tried to score from far away in the 93rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Clarke's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Tambillos AFC had won, even though Clarke had held more of the ball.
