After 4 played minutes Caleufú got a freekick which was hit by Julio Aguirre. Damaso Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Lazcano in the 7th minute of play. Roland Oborski kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 16 minutes of play, Caleufú's Isaac Tancredo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damaso Domingues was left in no man's land by his defense there! Damaso Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Tancredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Godofredo Chinto got free with Ruperto Fanuco in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isaac Tancredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Damaso Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 minutes, Anastasio Danel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the river fc and the Caleufú players grew even worse after the yellow card. Damaso Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Primitivo Corderun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teo Salvator kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 36 minutes, Virgilio Ado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caleufú and the river fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Lazcano in the 37th minute of play forced river fc's goalkeeper Damaso Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guillermo Lazcano was the one to do the kick off. Roland Oborski scored 1-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ruperto Fanuco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Damaso Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Tancredo in the 57th minute of play. Primitivo Corderun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Damaso Domingues came out and tried to block the shot, but Primitivo Corderun slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 61st minute. Damaso Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Tancredo in the 65th minute of play. Guillermo Lazcano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Damaso Domingues when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 68 minutes, Primitivo Corderun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caleufú's supporters crossed their fingers, but Primitivo Corderun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Anastasio Danel managed to get in a good position for a shot. river fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Anastasio Danel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruperto Fanuco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roland Oborski scored 2-3 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ruperto Fanuco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in river fc's zone, Primitivo Corderun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damaso Domingues came out of the goal and Primitivo Corderun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damaso Domingues made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillermo Lazcano in the 78th minute. If Julio Aguirre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Primitivo Corderun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damaso Domingues was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Isaac Tancredo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Isaac Tancredo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. Isaac Tancredo struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Damaso Domingues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caleufú. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Primitivo Corderun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caleufú's supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Corderun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damaso Domingues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
