Gervasio Lon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Guampacha FC booed when C.A.BANFIELD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Ospetsu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gervasio Lon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of C.A.BANFIELD:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Guampacha FC:s goal. The referee gave Guampacha FC a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Leon Azibar, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of C.A.BANFIELD's Ariel Aurken. 0-1. The audience was convinced that Humberto Dimo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ariel Aurken was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Ariel Aurken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Bitxintxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Guampacha FC's goalkeeper Zbyszko Glapiak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inocencio Estebe. 30 minutes into the match, Humberto Dimo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ariel Aurken. C.A.BANFIELD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Humberto Dimo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. C.A.BANFIELD's Ariel Aurken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Lon in the 36th minute of play. Humberto Dimo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gervasio Lon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ariel Aurken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Bitxintxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After a rather tough play, C.A.BANFIELD's Enrique Ospetsu got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Humberto Dimo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.BANFIELD's zone, Gervasio Lon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Aurken came out of the goal and Gervasio Lon tried to chip the ball over his head. The C.A.BANFIELD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ariel Aurken should have stopped the shot. Humberto Dimo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Nicolas Caetano fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.BANFIELD's protests and gave Nicolas Caetano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th match minute, Guampacha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Tiniebra to maneuver through the defense. Esteve Lon charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esteve Lon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th minute, Esteve Lon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Inocencio Estebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbyszko Glapiak having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, C.A.BANFIELD's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Dimo came free, but Ariel Aurken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Lon spun around in front of the goal 88 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of C.A.BANFIELD's goal. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Humberto Dimo took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Ariel Aurken to make any attempt to save it. 94 minutes into the match, Gervasio Lon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ariel Aurken. C.A.BANFIELD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gervasio Lon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Guampacha FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
