The supporters of C.A. MZ booed when Barrancas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Umbruso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hernan Johans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Faro in the 4th minute of play. Nesor Tormes succeeded in the game's 6th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Nesor Tormes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrancas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nesor Tormes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgard Sergi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes into the game, Gaston Gaur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A. MZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barrancas FC the free kick. Gaston Gaur hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Nesor Tormes struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Edgard Sergi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrancas FC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jairo Sarracino during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st match minute, C.A. MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Sarracino to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Gaston Gaur ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hernan Johans was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Hernan Johans acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 28th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Moises Truylos. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Atilano Luzea during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of C.A. In the 36th minute, Gaston Gaur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgard Sergi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nesor Tormes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th match minute, C.A. MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Ishmael to maneuver through the defense. Barrancas FC's Nesor Tormes got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nesor Tormes took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgard Sergi. Edgard Sergi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The C.A. MZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barrancas FC were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nesor Tormes was the one to do the kick off. Nesor Tormes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nesor Tormes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 57 minutes, Nesor Tormes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrancas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nesor Tormes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gerardo Alonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgard Sergi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nesor Tormes in the 64th minute of play. Nesor Tormes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nesor Tormes came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Barrancas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nesor Tormes couldn't finish the play. In the 71st minute, C.A. MZ's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nesor Tormes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Barrancas FC's Moises Pierres got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. C.A. MZ's Edgard Sergi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nesor Tormes in the 77th minute of play. Edgard Sergi was a little too slow when Gerardo Alonso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 1-3. When Omar Faro came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the C.A. MZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omar Faro couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivan Ishmael in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hernan Johans saved Barrancas FC from getting behind. Edgard Sergi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nesor Tormes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 91 minute of play. Barrancas FC made a substitution. Denis Bermudez replaced Nesor Tormes. Barrancas FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
