Loukas Kousounadis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jairo Quintan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Jeronimo Maureo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CLUB ATLÉTICO BOSTERO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After 28 minutes, Lennart Kasendi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Potrero FC and the CLUB ATLÉTICO BOSTERO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lennart Kasendi hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Maureo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jairo Quintan. Potrero FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeronimo Maureo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 36 minutes into the game, Silvestre Theobald recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jairo Quintan. Silvestre Theobald showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. 39 minutes into the match, Potrero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Loukas Kousounadis came free, but Jairo Quintan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Quintan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeronimo Maureo in the 41st minute. When Blas Olentzaro fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Potrero FC's protests and gave Blas Olentzaro a yellow card for diving instead. Blas Olentzaro hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute of the match Jeronimo Maureo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jairo Quintan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jeronimo Maureo came free with the goalkeeper in the 44th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jairo Quintan could save by the left post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeronimo Maureo was the one to do the kick off. After 56 played minutes Potrero FC got a freekick which was hit by Lennart Kasendi. Potrero FC's Jairo Quintan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Maureo in the 59th minute of play. Loukas Kousounadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Quintan having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Eduardo Quintin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeronimo Maureo in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jairo Quintan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jairo Quintan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeronimo Maureo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th match minute, Potrero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lennart Kasendi to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the game, Loukas Kousounadis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Jairo Quintan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Evaristo Cordarrel kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Jeronimo Maureo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jairo Quintan was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Jairo Quintan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loukas Kousounadis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Potrero FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Lennart Kasendi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Maureo in the 84th minute of play forced Potrero FC's goalkeeper Jairo Quintan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Quintan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loukas Kousounadis in the 85th minute of the match. After 86 played minutes Potrero FC got a freekick which was hit by Martin Odilon. Astor Maxin hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. When CLUB ATLÉTICO BOSTERO's Jeronimo Maureo in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CLUB ATLÉTICO BOSTERO reached it. When the referee ended the match the CLUB ATLÉTICO BOSTERO players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
