Spectators: 7132 (Terracing: 5350, Seating: 1641, VIP seats: 141) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Allen Bannister kicked off to start the match. Apolo Evarado hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Gaudencio Tello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allen Bannister in the 8th minute of the match. Apolo Evarado kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allen Bannister in the 11th minute of play forced C.A.ARGENTINO de MERLO's goalkeeper Gaudencio Tello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, C.A.ARGENTINO de MERLO's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Reynaldo Nesor fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Allen Bannister sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Allen Bannister had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reynaldo Nesor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Gaudencio Tello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. C.A.ARGENTINO de MERLO's Gaudencio Tello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Nesor in the 28th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Allen Bannister got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reynaldo Nesor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaudencio Tello having to make a save. After 42 played minutes C.A.ARGENTINO de MERLO got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Evarado. Gaudencio Tello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allen Bannister in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pastor Poncio to strike the kick off in the second half. Gaudencio Tello came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Cardenales's Allen Bannister. But to his dismay, Allen Bannister quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allen Bannister in the 61st minute of play forced C.A.ARGENTINO de MERLO's goalkeeper Gaudencio Tello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynaldo Nesor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gaudencio Tello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allen Bannister in the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the game, Edgardo Celio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cardenales's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.ARGENTINO de MERLO the free kick. Edgardo Celio hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Ubaldo Aragones hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Reynaldo Nesor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaudencio Tello came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Cardenales's Anselmo Terciero. But to his dismay, Anselmo Terciero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Edgardo Celio made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by C.A.ARGENTINO de MERLO's Pastor Poncio. A sloppy throw-in by Edgardo Celio in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by C.A.ARGENTINO de MERLO's Pastor Poncio. Gaudencio Tello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allen Bannister, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, C.A.ARGENTINO de MERLO's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Terciero came free, but Gaudencio Tello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Allen Bannister had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, C.A.ARGENTINO de MERLO's goal looked a bit too open when Allen Bannister came free, but Gaudencio Tello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaudencio Tello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Terciero, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Allen Bannister might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gaudencio Tello. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Allen Bannister ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee ended the match the Cardenales players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
