Gaston Rico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Mateo in the 10th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Gaston Rico successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ruperto Maraman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reynaldo Benat went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 17 minutes into the match, Vickya FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Mateo came free, but Gaston Rico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Reynaldo Benat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vickya FC's Gaston Rico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Mateo in the 21st minute of play. Ariel Sabino struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Gaston Rico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Churqui AFC. Edelmiro Mateo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Gaston Rico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Adriana Anaya recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gaston Rico. Adriana Anaya showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 34th minute, Arnaldo Raebert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ruperto Maraman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Raebert, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Lico in the 37th minute of play forced Vickya FC's goalkeeper Gaston Rico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Churqui AFC's Adriana Anaya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gaston Rico made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Arnaldo Raebert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruperto Maraman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Leonel Lico received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gaston Rico came out and tried to block the shot, but Leonel Lico slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adriana Anaya to make the kick off. Gaston Rico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Mateo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of Churqui AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vickya FC:s goal. Churqui AFC:s Ruperto Maraman showed great skill when he stopped Serafino Raulo:s penalty. Ruperto Maraman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reynaldo Benat in the 62nd minute. In the 67th minute, Robustiano Erauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ariel Sabino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edelmiro Mateo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Gaston Rico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Churqui AFC's Ruperto Maraman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Churqui AFC from getting a goal against them. After 73 played minutes Churqui AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Gaspard. 76 minutes into the match, Churqui AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Raebert came free, but Ruperto Maraman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romeo Abadie kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 82 minutes, Romeo Abadie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vickya FC and the Churqui AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd minute, Romeo Abadie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edelmiro Mateo struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Gaston Rico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Churqui AFC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Israel Xabel during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ariel Sabino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaston Rico having to make a save. Edelmiro Mateo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Churqui AFC fully deserved thier win.
