Ricardo Mercurio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Maupunicha's Agustin Unai in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Estudiantes de la plata's attentive Gaudencio Pepillo managed to snatch the ball when Gervasio Adrio made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. The tension between the Maupunicha and the Estudiantes de la plata players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ricardo Mercurio hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Estudiantes de la plata's Jeronimo Bermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Unai in the 78th minute of play. Jeronimo Bermudo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prudencio Isusko in the 78th minute. Aldo Danel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Jeronimo Bermudo managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Maupunicha's Agustin Unai fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Maupunicha's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
