Spectators: 7071 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 0) El Resorte FC's Adan Llope started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Adan Llope shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Isaev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atlético Ascasubi's Viktor Isaev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Jerardo in the 5th minute of play. Viktor Isaev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Venerando in the 6th minute of the match. Filomeno Jerardo scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Viktor Isaev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Erubiel Etxeberri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Viktor Isaev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, El Resorte FC's Uriel Orlandus got a free kick in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Arsenio Boni lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Marcial Inguma. With a little luck, El Resorte FC's Marcial Inguma got control of the ball when Iker Casomiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute Genaro Tercero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Inguma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viktor Isaev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Venerando in the 20th minute of play. Viktor Isaev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adan Llope went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to Atlético Ascasubi getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Arsenio Boni hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Atlético Ascasubi's Genaro Tercero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcial Inguma. Marcial Inguma yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Viktor Isaev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Etxeberri, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Atlético Ascasubi's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Cuarto came free, but Viktor Isaev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 minutes of play, El Resorte FC's Adan Llope made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Viktor Isaev was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Arsenio Boni took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Marcial Inguma to make any attempt to save it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 3-3 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iker Casomiro made a kick off. El Resorte FC's Marcial Inguma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Tercero in the 56th minute of play. Atlético Ascasubi's Santiago Tomi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Uriel Orlandus in the 58 minute of the game. In the 60th minute, Atlético Ascasubi's Zacarias Rocio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Zacarias Rocio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Atlético Ascasubi protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Zacarias Rocio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 59 minutes into the game, one of Atlético Ascasubi:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 61 minutes, El Resorte FC's Uriel Orlandus got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Viktor Isaev. Viktor Isaev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filomeno Jerardo in the 67th minute. Freddy Venerando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Atlético Ascasubi booed when El Resorte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Cuarto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 84 minutes, Cristobal Eli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Resorte FC and the Atlético Ascasubi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cristobal Eli kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. El Resorte FC's Marcial Inguma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Tercero in the 87th minute of play. Freddy Venerando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Viktor Isaev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Atlético Ascasubi's Iker Casomiro got a free kick in the 91st minute. 94 minutes into the match, Atlético Ascasubi's goalkeeper Viktor Isaev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Freddy Venerando. Marcial Inguma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Boni in the 97th minute of play. El Resorte FC played a much better game than Atlético Ascasubi and deserved their victory. The Atlético Ascasubi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
