In the 10th minute, David Ferreyra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ruben Santio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Coholicos F.C.'s goalkeeper Benicio Cruz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oséas Bertassi in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruben Santio saved Talleres F.C from getting behind. After some careless play in the Talleres F.C defense, Oséas Bertassi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruben Santio. The Talleres F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruben Santio should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Real Coholicos F.C. booed when Talleres F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Indar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas Micael recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celestino Caradaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Santio having to interfere. Andres Indar hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Ruben Santio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Caradaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guido Madaleno to strike the kick off in the second half. Ruben Santio came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Coholicos F.C.'s Oséas Bertassi. But to his dismay, Oséas Bertassi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 64th minute Celestino Caradaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Santio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Real Coholicos F.C.'s Celestino Caradaro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ruben Santio. Ruben Santio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Ruben Santio made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Zeledon Maldonado sent off a good shot on target. Ruben Santio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucas Micael showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-7 in the 82 minute of play. When Celestino Caradaro fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Coholicos F.C.'s protests and gave Celestino Caradaro a yellow card for diving instead. Celestino Caradaro hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute Lucas Micael saw that he had a good position to shoot and he shot a long ball on target, but the ball went just outside the left post. A collision led to Talleres F.C getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Jimeno Salvidor hit a great ball. When the match was over Real Coholicos F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Talleres F.C throughout the match.
