In the 9th minute, Cristobal Odilon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Pretorianos FC's zone, Teobaldo Faro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Dino came out of the goal and Teobaldo Faro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teobaldo Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Dario Dino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Macerio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dario Dino having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felix Artizar in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnulfo Magdaleno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute Teobaldo Faro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Dino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, one of Pretorianos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pretorianos FC. In the 37th minute there was a penalty for Marayes AFC. Saturnino Monico stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dario Dino. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Artizar in the 43rd minute of play forced Marayes AFC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Magdaleno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Marayes AFC's zone, Felix Nesto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnulfo Magdaleno came out of the goal and Felix Nesto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felix Artizar made a kick off. Saturnino Monico hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute Felix Artizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Magdaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teobaldo Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Dario Dino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Marayes AFC's Julian Millano got a free kick in the 68th minute. Arnulfo Magdaleno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Artizar in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Tiburcio Fonda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Marayes AFC's zone, Felix Nesto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnulfo Magdaleno came out of the goal and Felix Nesto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnulfo Magdaleno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Nesto in the 76th minute of the match. Marayes AFC's Arnulfo Magdaleno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Nesto in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of Pretorianos FC booed when Marayes AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Fonda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Felix Nesto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pretorianos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Nesto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 84 minutes into the game, Cristobal Odilon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pretorianos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marayes AFC the free kick. In the 84th minute, Cristobal Odilon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Marayes AFC's Saturnino Monico tried to score from far away in the 85th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 86 minutes into the game, Martin Quinton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pretorianos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marayes AFC the free kick. In the 86th minute, Martin Quinton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Artizar in the 90th minute of play forced Marayes AFC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Magdaleno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute Felix Nesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Magdaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Marayes AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
