Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fausto Tulio started the match with the kick off. Javier Diegotxe came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by C. S. y D. Yupanqui's Cleto Maurino. But to his dismay, Cleto Maurino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 6th match minute, C. S. y D. Yupanqui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Raymundo to maneuver through the defense. Javier Diegotxe came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by C. S. y D. Yupanqui's Godofredo Bermudo. But to his dismay, Godofredo Bermudo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 14 minutes into the match, Young Boys's goalkeeper Javier Diegotxe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godofredo Bermudo. After a rather tough play, C. S. y D. Yupanqui's Godofredo Bermudo got a free kick in the 19th minute. Alejandro Brais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Tulio, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. A collision led to Young Boys getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Christian Frisco hit a great ball. A hard shot by Everardo Tabby from long distance, 27 minutes into the match, got Javier Diegotxe's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 28th minute, Guillermo Mendez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, C. S. y D. Yupanqui's Javier Diegotxe threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Teo Rainerio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 37 played minutes C. S. y D. Yupanqui got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Peru. When Fausto Tulio came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Young Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Tulio couldn't finish the play. Ubaldo Peru kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 46thth minute of the game Fausto Tulio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C. S. y D. Yupanqui's Alejandro Brais was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teo Rainerio to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Young Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Teo Rainerio came free, but Javier Diegotxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Cleto Maurino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Javier Diegotxe. Young Boys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cleto Maurino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When Bartolo Raymundo fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. S. y D. Yupanqui's protests and gave Bartolo Raymundo a yellow card for diving instead. When Young Boys's Fausto Tulio in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C. S. y D. Alejandro Brais was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Fausto Tulio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fausto Tulio really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Javier Diegotxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Bermudo in the 75th minute of the match. Javier Diegotxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teo Rainerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Godofredo Bermudo scored 4-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Javier Diegotxe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Fausto Tulio in the 88th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Alejandro Brais kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 4-2 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Guillermo Mendez's late challenge caught a C. S. y D. Yupanqui's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guillermo Mendez helped the player get up and apologised. Guillermo Mendez hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Young Boys's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
