The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernabe Orkatz was the one to do the kick off. Luisito Vachon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rigoberto Swain showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 51 minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Madariaga AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Swain came free, but Luisito Vachon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 minutes, Paulo Havier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olascoaga and the Madariaga AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th match minute, Olascoaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Havier to maneuver through the defense. Olascoaga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laureano Clodio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 81 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Swain lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Luisito Vachon. A collision led to Madariaga AFC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Paulino Oliverios hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Madariaga AFC's Bernabe Orkatz got a free kick in the 88th minute. Luisito Vachon was a little too slow when Marcelo Policarpio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-3. Olascoaga made a substitution. Efrain Oxarra replaced Paulo Havier. Bernabe Orkatz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Ursino having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Olascoaga left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Madariaga AFC.
