If Claudio Gonsalvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Massi FC.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Ladislao Salvidor scored to the left of an out of position Elias Liher, making the score, 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnoldo Ibar to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Ladislao Salvidor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elias Liher was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Blaise Michallek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ladislao Salvidor took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elias Liher. Elias Liher dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. BARCELONA FC's Severino Herensuge was substituted for Artemio Remicio. After 94 played minutes Massi FC. got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Berdoi. 97 minutes into the game, Guaberto Che cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Elias Liher was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. BARCELONA FC had won after a very even match.
