The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Cirilo Fidele made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sastre's goalkeeper Lino Gaizko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cirilo Fidele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. allboys-saavedra made a substitution. Agustin Silviano replaced Cirilo Fidele. Everardo Valiente was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Sastre's Everardo Valiente got a free kick in the 96th minute. Agustin Silviano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Gaizko having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the allboys-saavedra players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
