If Ab Pool had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Ondino in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Gabino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Ivan Ondino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucas Gabino was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Ivan Ondino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bigand AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Ondino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Gabino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the match, Deportivo La Dulce's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Ondino came free, but Lucas Gabino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ciriaco Cordarin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Deportivo La Dulce players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bigand AFC were winning 0-1.

Lucas Gabino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Ondino in the 84th minute of the match. Ivan Ondino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucas Gabino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Bigand AFC's Ivan Ondino got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
