Jonathan Veto charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Palmar AFC booed when Tricolor De Adrogue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Veto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Aquiles Asier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmar AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquiles Asier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diego Kauldi to make the kick off. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cesar Gitano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ermegildo Laurgain hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. If Lorenzo Gonsalvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. Chants of Palmar AFC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Tricolor De Adrogue had held the ball for most of the match.
