Spectators: 7071 (Terracing: 5313, Seating: 1628, VIP seats: 130) Remigio Gauargi came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Baden Powell Sharks's Santiago Elodio. But to his dismay, Santiago Elodio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Epifanio Domenec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celestino Pio in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Baden Powell Sharks getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Artemio Txurio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Sanduru in the 18th minute of play forced Corolina's goalkeeper Remigio Gauargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anacleto Sanduru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Gauargi having to interfere. Remigio Gauargi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Elodio, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the match, Corolina's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Sanduru came free, but Remigio Gauargi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Corolina defense, Santiago Elodio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remigio Gauargi. The Corolina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remigio Gauargi should have stopped the shot. Baden Powell Sharks's Anacleto Sanduru got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, Corolina's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Elodio came free, but Remigio Gauargi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Celestino Pio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Epifanio Domenec was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. When Edgardo Pereyra fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corolina's protests and gave Edgardo Pereyra a yellow card for diving instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Celestino Pio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Corolina! In the 55th minute there was a penalty for Baden Powell Sharks. Artemio Karlo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Remigio Gauargi. 1-3. Epifanio Domenec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celestino Pio in the 59th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Corolina's zone, Melchor Weterio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remigio Gauargi came out of the goal and Melchor Weterio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute Artemio Txurio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Gauargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Corolina getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Edgardo Pereyra hit a great ball. Remigio Gauargi was a little too slow when Anacleto Sanduru got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 1-4. Santiago Elodios short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Remigio Gauargi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Edgardo Pereyra was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 79 minutes had been played. In the 80th match minute, Corolina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Pereyra to maneuver through the defense. Artemio Txurio kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The throw-in from Yücel Tümer in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Baden Powell Sharks's Melchor Weterio. In the 87th minute Anacleto Sanduru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Gauargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Corolina booed when Baden Powell Sharks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Laffitte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigio Gauargi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santiago Elodio in the 91st minute. Santiago Elodio came free with the goalkeeper in the 94th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Remigio Gauargi could save by the left post. Baden Powell Sharks's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
