The referee ignored Chitaxu Fc's protests and gave Fabricio Elixio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Chitaxu Fc getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Fabricio Elixio hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Chochon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Cordarrol came free, but Joel Gabirel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 minutes, Santo Venceslao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chochon FC and the Chitaxu Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joel Gabirel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Javiero, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Chochon FC's Joel Gabirel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Javiero in the 18th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Chochon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Venceslao to maneuver through the defense. Rene Egoitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute, Arsenio Donio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 32 minutes, Gonzalo Tercero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chitaxu Fc and the Chochon FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Chitaxu Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Tercero to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rene Egoitz got free with Rigoberto Hori in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raul Ubarna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Hori having to interfere. Rolando Bonadona hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After 38 played minutes, Chitaxu Fc's Fabricio Elixio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joel Gabirel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chitaxu Fc reached it. Gonzalo Tercero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Gabirel having to interfere. Joel Gabirel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Javiero, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Chochon FC's Joel Gabirel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Cordarrol in the 47th minute of play. Joel Gabirel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Cordarrol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Chochon FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chitaxu Fc were winning 0-2.

Leopoldo Cordarrol who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Joel Gabirel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 53 minutes into the match, Chochon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Cordarrol came free, but Joel Gabirel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 56 minutes, Rene Egoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chochon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Egoitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaston Dominguez's late challenge caught a Chitaxu Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaston Dominguez helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Chochon FC's Gaston Dominguez got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 66 minutes of play, Chitaxu Fc's Leopoldo Cordarrol made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joel Gabirel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rolando Bonadona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Rigoberto Hori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santo Venceslao's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rigoberto Hori read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Chitaxu Fc got a freekick which was hit by Benito Colon. 78 minutes into the match, Chochon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomiro Javiero came free, but Joel Gabirel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Gauargi hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 0-4 became the score in the 83rd minute when Leopoldo Cordarrol elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 89 minutes of play Chitaxu Fc's Fabricio Elixio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes into the game, one of Chitaxu Fc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Raul Ubarna shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 94 minutes into the match, Gaston Dominguez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rigoberto Hori. Chitaxu Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaston Dominguez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chitaxu Fc had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
