After 2 minutes, Ariel Bingen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Simbolar AFC and the CATALINA F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd minute, Ariel Bingen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Oroitz struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Faustino Confesor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CATALINA F.C. Ladislao Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Padro having to interfere. If Danilo Rafe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 13th match minute, CATALINA F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Godoy to maneuver through the defense. Ladislao Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Padro having to interfere. Simbolar AFC's Ladislao Arias got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in CATALINA F.C's zone, Evaristo Guilabertus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Padro came out of the goal and Evaristo Guilabertus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 26 played minutes CATALINA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Obeko. In the 40th minute, Evaristo Guilabertus made a precise shot to the right of Emilio Padro. CATALINA F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 45th minute Ariel Bingen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Padro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ladislao Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Carlos Dalmau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Confesor having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Simbolar AFC's Ladislao Arias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emilio Padro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Simbolar AFC's Faustino Confesor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Oroitz in the 62nd minute of play. A hard shot 66 in the game by Ladislao Arias from a close distance when the talented Emilio Padro managed to make a qualified save. CATALINA F.C's players were relieved. Emilio Padro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Guilabertus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to CATALINA F.C getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Eusebio Txatxu hit a great ball. Simbolar AFC's Ladislao Arias got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, CATALINA F.C's Dalmacio Odon got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Ladislao Arias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ambrosio Garaona fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CATALINA F.C's protests and gave Ambrosio Garaona a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to CATALINA F.C getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ambrosio Garaona hit a great ball. Carlos Dalmau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Confesor having to interfere. Emilio Padro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ladislao Arias in the 89th minute. Camilo Oroitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 91 minutes into the game, CATALINA F.C's Carlos Dalmau nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Faustino Confesor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Ladislao Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ariel Bingen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, CATALINA F.C could leave the field as winners, despite Simbolar AFC having more of the ball for most of the match.
