Giant Killing's Horacio Sedeni tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 25 minutes into the match, Giant Killing's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Pacho came free, but Horacio Sedeni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inocencio Llorenc ran back to his position shaking his head. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Giant Killing! Abel Pacho shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Horacio Sedeni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Llorenc in the 42nd minute of the match. Abel Pacho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Horacio Sedeni made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

58 minutes into the game, Patricio Tiso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Horacio Sedeni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abel Pacho took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horacio Sedeni. Horacio Sedeni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Horacio Sedeni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Llorenc, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. A collision led to Giant Killing getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Manuel Senon hit a great ball. Carpintería AFC's Victor Berenguer was substituted for Patricio Tiso. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Inocencio Llorenc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carpintería AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocencio Llorenc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
