Amadeo Vachon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Silbestre, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. If Bonifacio Silbestre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th match minute, Charlone FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Aureo to maneuver through the defense. After 14 played minutes Charlone FC got a freekick which was hit by Dante Osasun. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Argider in the 20th minute of play forced La Academia's goalkeeper Amadeo Vachon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 26 minutes of play, Charlone FC's Arnaldo Oto made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeo Vachon was left in no man's land by his defense there! 29 minutes into the game, Bonifacio Silbestre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Charlone FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Academia the free kick. In the 29th minute, Bonifacio Silbestre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st match minute, Charlone FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Alvarez to maneuver through the defense. If Salvador Argider had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bonifacio Silbestre was shown his second yellow card after 36 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Cristian Macario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Avellaneda having to interfere. Arnaldo Oto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute Cristian Macario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Avellaneda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Charlone FC's Andres Eusko got a free kick in the 44th minute.

The wind increased when Marco Leoiar made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Arnaldo Oto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Charlone FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Oto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. John-Paul May charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed John-Paul May the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd minute, John-Paul May hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute Cristian Macario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Avellaneda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andres Eusko hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Cvijan Ignjović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Enrique Avellaneda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damian Alvarez kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Cristian Macario's late challenge caught a Charlone FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristian Macario helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, Cristian Macario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82ndth minute of the game Cristian Macario who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Charlone FC's Enrique Avellaneda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Charlone FC's Enrique Avellaneda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Macario in the 83rd minute of play. The supporters of Charlone FC booed when La Academia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Karmel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salvador Argider struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Amadeo Vachon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Charlone FC. After 87 played minutes La Academia got a freekick which was hit by Batu Cem Mülayim. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Cristian Macario managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Academia's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Macario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Avellaneda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Marco Leoiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Avellaneda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marco Leoiar went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. La Academia fully deserved thier win.
