Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 2 minutes into the game, Ladislao Innocenzio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Añelo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Varvarco AFC the free kick. The supporters of Varvarco AFC booed when Añelo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislao Innocenzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agustin Heli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andres Ledesma having to make a save. Arnulfo Aballe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Varvarco AFC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Eustaquio Semeno hit a great ball. If Ladislao Innocenzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ladislao Innocenzio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celestino Nikola read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Añelo FC's Andres Ledesma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Erdiano in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute Arnaldo Salvidor collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. When Agustin Heli fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Varvarco AFC's protests and gave Agustin Heli a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Varvarco AFC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Agustin Heli hit a great ball. Agustin Heli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Añelo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Erdiano came free, but Andres Ledesma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Arnulfo Aballe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Acuña recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnulfo Aballe to strike the kick off in the second half. Arnulfo Aballe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celestino Nikola having to make a save. Arnulfo Aballe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Nikola having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 62nd minute by Arnulfo Aballe got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Hernan Suero kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Añelo FC's goalkeeper Andres Ledesma, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Andres Ledesma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alejandro Erdiano's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Ruben Pello, 80 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Agustin Heli scored 2-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andres Ledesma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Añelo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Erdiano came free, but Andres Ledesma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Hernan Suero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 95th minute, Hernan Suero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Añelo FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Varvarco AFC.
