Liverpool FC's Esteban Rencio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 19th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Anselmo Elodio but with some difficulty. Gavino Efraim in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anselmo Elodio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Liverpool FC's Gavino Efraim got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Gavino Efraim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anselmo Elodio was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Niceto Elixio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Elodio having to interfere. In the 72nd minute of the match Lorenzo Claris sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anselmo Elodio skillfully saved the ball. In the 77thth minute of the game Gavino Efraim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DESAMPARADOS's Anselmo Elodio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 80th minute, Niceto Elixio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's Niceto Elixio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anselmo Elodio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Justino Estebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Elodio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victoriano Caetano during the 96th minute.
