Astor George charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Astor George the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Astor George kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gavino Efraim in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jim Shearer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jim Shearer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armando Frasco went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 20th play minute Gavino Efraim came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jim Shearer. 2-1. In the 22nd minute, Niceto Elixio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liverpool FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Armando Frasco hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vidal Freije came free, but Hermengildo Erroman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gavino Efraim was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 28th minute. Liverpool FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Norberto Ostadar hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute Niceto Elixio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Shearer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavino Efraim had several of the Bermejo AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 35 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-1 score and a disappointed Jim Shearer as he didn't even see the shot coming. Armando Frasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jim Shearer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vidal Freije to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Gavino Efraim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Shearer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermengildo Erroman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vidal Freije in the 53rd minute. If Gavino Efraim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavino Efraim took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jim Shearer. Jim Shearer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 66 minutes into the game, Gavino Efraim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Jim Shearer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jim Shearer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Efraim, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Silvestre Ubendu kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Bermejo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Efraim came free, but Jim Shearer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilfried Waterman charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the referee ended the match the Liverpool FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
